Outreach and Distribution Strategies for Documentary Films & Film Festivals

With a background in journalism, screenwriting and film production, I run my own impact and engagement strategies consulting firm for independent documentaries and film festivals.

I work with stories that inspire change and encourage action. I understand the importance of designing strong, creative campaigns that reach wide audiences, elevate films and extend their life through well-designed, multi-platform strategies.

I have led outreach efforts for great documentaries and film festivals. Projects include: TRACES OF THE TRADE: A STORY FROM THE DEEP NORTH, 2008, POV and Sundace Official Selection; REBEL, 2014, PBS; 1913 SEEDS OF CONFLICT, 2015, PBS; I KNOW A MAN... ASHLEY BRYAN, 2016; J. FRED WOELL: AN AMERICAN VISION, 2017; DOUBLE EXPOSURE Investigative Film Festival and Symposium 2016 through 2018; LOBSTER WAR, 2018; and HEALTH UNDOCUMENTED, 2018.

I also freelance as a producer, scriptwriter and editor both in English and Spanish.
